‍Service Access and Trial
‍We provide a free trial without automatic charging at trial end. Users must explicitly choose to subscribe after the trial period. Our platform requires a valid subscription for continued access.

‍Subscription Terms
‍Subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews under identical terms unless cancelled. We require complete and accurate billing information, including full name, address, contact details, and valid payment method. Failed automatic payments will result in a manual invoice requiring prompt payment.

‍Cancellation and Data
‍You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting us directly. No refunds are issued for current billing periods, but service access continues until period end. Please, contact us 30 days before the end. Upon cancellation, all data is deleted at period end - you are responsible for backing up your data before deletion.

‍User Responsibilities
‍Maintain accurate account information and secure passwords. Report unauthorized access immediately. Users must comply with Google Maps terms, avoid unauthorized data extraction, and use the service for legitimate business purposes only. Username selection must respect third-party rights.

‍Data Protection
‍We comply with GDPR regulations, maintaining data security and user privacy. Personal data is retained for three years. Users have rights to access, modify, and delete their data. We use cookies for service functionality and analytics, with user consent required for data processing.

‍Intellectual Property and Limitations
‍The platform remains JXLR engineering's exclusive property, with users granted limited license for service use. Reverse engineering and unauthorized content distribution are prohibited.
